I have a question regarding significance of copyright protection
afforded by a member Berne Convention nation. If I have a
registered U.S. copyrightfor computer software I developed,
I know my intellectual property rights are protected in member
nations, but am I required to register my copyright in that
foreign country if I wish to license my software to users in
that country?
Reply by email is fine.
I would appreciate whatever guidance anyone might offer (and I
am in the process of consulting an attorney who is familiar
with foreign filing).
