 I agree.  No one can positively predict the future here, yet you
 have magazines quoting predictions of the "experts."  Often,
 all there predictions are all over the place.  One of them is
 bound to get lucky and be the one that is right on the mark.
 Then all the press start to interview this person, because
 they are some sort of "stock guru."
