Not so. Your statement is not based on historical and
scriptural proof. Paul was persecuted greatly for his
teaching of the truth. Scripture and history points out
the fact that many, many people turned away from the
apostles (as well as Jesus) after hearing the truth
because they were not willing to enter into the strait
gate. The Word of God tells us repeatedly that man
loves darkness more than light. The way to eternal life
does not fit into the lifestyles, desires and mindsets
of many today, just as it was back then. Paul did not
preach a message desireable to the masses, nor one
acceptable to the world at large.
